Please refer to the Homechoice Claria APD System Patient At-Home Guide and the Homechoice Claria APD System Clinician Guide for further instructions regarding proper use of the Homechoice Claria APD system and Sharesource Portal. You should never use the Homechoice Claria APD system until you have read the entire contents of these guides and have been properly trained.
